1.Service Description

ChatBot Gulf provides AI-powered chatbot software as a subscription service (SaaS) for businesses. Our service includes automated customer support, lead capture, and 24/7 chat functionality.

2.Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly at $99/month. Payment is processed securely by Gumroad, our payment processor and merchant of record. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.

3.Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the service. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
• Send spam, harassment, or unsolicited messages through the bot
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt to access our underlying systems
• Resell the service without written permission

4.Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime. Occasional downtime for maintenance, updates, or third-party outages (such as our AI provider) may occur. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

5.Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users. You will be notified of any such action.

6.Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." ChatBot Gulf is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 3 months.

7.Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect.

8.Operator & Governing Law

ChatBot Gulf is operated by Igor Popović, an individual based in Montenegro. These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro.
