Refund Policy

1.Free Trial
All new accounts receive a 30-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period. You can cancel anytime during the trial without any commitment.
2.Cancellation
You can request cancellation anytime from your dashboard, or by emailing igor@chatbotgulf.com. We process cancellations promptly, and you keep access until the end of your current billing period — no future charges will be made.
3.Money-Back Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked. We refund within 5 business days to the original payment method.
4.Non-Refundable Periods
After the first 7 days of a paid period, the remaining month is non-refundable. However, you may cancel to prevent future charges. Pro-rated refunds for partial months are not provided.
5.Exceptional Circumstances
If our service experiences extended downtime (24+ consecutive hours) that affects your business, contact us — we typically offer service credits or pro-rated refunds case by case.
6.How to Request a Refund
Send an email to igor@chatbotgulf.com with:
- The email address on your account
- Date of charge you'd like refunded
- Brief reason (helps us improve)
